Download Your Sponsor Checklist

Make sure you get the most out of your sponsorship by following the specs and deadlines outlined in your Sponsor Checklist. Each checklist is different, and deadlines are coming up soon, starting June 1st.

Floor Plan and Booth Selection 

Booth selection will take place in May. At that time, sponsors will have the opportunity to select the booth of their choice in their sponsorship level (based on availability).  The selection process will begin in the order in which the signed agreements with payments were received. Sponsorships must be paid in full for booth selection. 

Exhibitor Kits and Booth Customization

We will be working with Alliance Exposition Services and will be sending out exhibitor kits soon! In the meantime, please visit www.disneymeetings.com/exhibitorconcierge for any booth customization needs.
