I went through the registration process, but I received an error, am I registered for the event?
If you experience any issues with the registration process and aren’t sure if your spot is secured, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page for assistance. Our support team will gladly check if your registration went through.
Why is there a registration fee this year?
Travel Quest World is doubling in size compared to past years, with that comes a little more added costs. But don’t worry, if after the first day you don’t feel you’re going to get $100k worth in value, hand in your badge and we’ll give your registration fee back—no questions asked!
Is there a penalty if I registered for the event and don’t go?
Yes, there are two fees to be aware of if you cannot attend the event. Please let us before Thursday, August 6 to avoid the cancelation fee of $150.
There is a no-show fee of $200 on Saturday, September 7th, if you are registered and not at the event.
I can’t find my confirmation email, what should I do?
Be sure to check your spam folder, sometimes confirmations emails can end up their depending on your email server. If it’s still not there, please fill out the form at the bottom of the page, and we’ll see what happened to it.
How do I modify or cancel my registration?
There is an option to modify your registration on the confirmation page after you are registered.
To modify your registration after submission, go back to the registration page. In the top right hand corner, click the “Already Registered?” link under the Register button. You will need your email and your confirmation number to access the page to modify, or cancel, your registration. You can also access the page by clicking here.
If you forget your registration number, click the “Forgot Your Confirmation Number?” link below the confirmation number text box. If you are experiencing trouble cancelling your registration, please email Kailee at email@example.com for assistance.
Can I register someone who is not currently a sub-agent of mine, but will at the time of the event?
Yes, as long as they will be a member of Travel Quest Network by July 1st. If they are not an active member, their registration will be canceled.
Can I book multiple rooms?
You can book more than 1 room, but you have to book each one separately. There is a section titled Additional Requests and this is where you can reference the other reservation, and requests such as a connecting room.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, bring the entire family! We’ve scored discounted passes to Walt Disney World, so your family can easily explore the parks while you’re at the event.
How do I get a child rate when booking the hotel?
Before check-out at the Guest Information page, you have to option to edit the amount of adults and children in each room. There, the rates will decrease for children.
How long do I have to book my hotel?
The hotel block rate ends Saturday, August 8, but there is a limited amount of rooms and could end sooner based on availability. Be sure to book your hotel as soon as possible!
Does the block rate apply to days before and after the event?
Unfortunately, due to the recent announcement of Star Wars: Galaxy Edge opening just before the event, availability at group rate for those pre and post nights are not available at this time. If you call Group Reservations at 407-939-4686, you can try to get the Leisure Rate (a higher rate than the block rate) for pre or post nights.
I booked my hotel before the announcement of Star Wars: Galaxy Edge opening, will my rate change?
No, if you reserved your rooms with the block rate, the price will be honored.
Can I book additional days before or after the event for family vacations?
We do not have a block of rooms for pre and post event but the hotel will be able to register you. We only have a block of rooms Friday and Saturday with limited availability on Thursday and Sunday.
If you want to book additional days before or after the event, you'll need to call the reservations number (407) 939-4686. The discounted group rate will not apply to your additional rooms.
Why didn’t my credit card go through?
Make sure the address you enter matches the billing address of the card. A common example has been, that someone used their business address instead of their home or vice versa.
If you think the address was correct, contact your bank. They're the ones who blocked it from processing.
My registration didn’t go through, but I have a charge pending on my bank account, will I still get charged?
Depending on your bank, you may have a pending change until your bank reconciles and then it will fall off. You will only be charge if the registration was completed.

How much free time will there be during the 3 day?
We’re packing a $100K of value into one weekend, so there won’t be too much free time throughout the day. Refer to the agenda for details about each day here.
What Travel Quest World events can my family join?
Family and friends are welcome to stay with you at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. As an attendee, you have access to discounted park passes to provide fun for them while you grow, accelerate and thrive at Travel Quest World. Please note that only registered attendees have access to the event. If a friend or loved one would like to join you for the learning sessions, partner showcase, party, and meals, they must register for the event as either a non-member of Travel Quest Network or as member if they are an active sub-agent.
How can I purchase the Disney passes with the discounted rate?
Simply go to the venue page and click “buy tickets”. You will have many options to purchase theme park, special events, and water park tickets.
Pre- & Post-Events
For all pre- and post-events, Disney requires that all participants have completed the Disney College of Knowledge prior to the event and have an IATA or Clia number.
If I want to go on the Disney Cruise following Travel Quest World, when do I have to pay?
We’ll be in touch via email with all the specifics for the pre- and post-events once we know who all is interested.
If I added the cruise option and/or property tour to my registration, does that secure my spot?
That doesn't automatically sign you up for the cruise or tour. You are simply checking that cruise box saying that you might be interested. We will be sending out emails regarding the specifics for both events once we know who is interested.
I originally thought I wouldn’t be able to go to the pre- & post- events, but now I can. Do I still have the opportunity to go?
