Please note that our Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort group page will be closed on August 30th.
Should you have to cancel or modify your hotel reservation please call the Disney Group Reservations Office at (407) 939-4686. You can speak with an agent Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm EST and Saturday and Sunday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. They will be closed on Labor Day, September 2nd.

How do I get from the airport to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort?
Disney’s Magical Express
There is a complimentary shuttle, Disney’s Magical Express, that is available at the Orlando International Airport when following the airport signs to Ground Transportation. The motorcoach may make up to three stops before arriving at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort so the time on board can vary from 45-75 minutes.
A Magical Express reservation is required to use this service. Make your reservation with this link or by calling Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. It is recommended that you make your reservation at least 30 days in advance. Approximately one week prior to arrival you will receive a confirmation letter with general information and luggage tags for your bags, which will be delivered to your room if you so choose. Please note that it can take up to 3-4 hours for your luggage to reach your room.
If your booking is made within 10 days, you will need to provide your room reservation number at the Magical Express desk at the MCO airport to board the Magical Express.
Ride Share Options
If you prefer, you can use a ride share service like Uber or Lyft from Orlando International Airport to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, or another hotel nearby. The approximate cost for either Uber or Lyft for a standard ride is $35-40.
What if I’m driving to Travel Quest World?
There is complimentary parking included in your stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort (1000 W Buena Vista Dr, Orlando, FL 32830). Upon checking in, you can park in the check in lot, then park anywhere around the resort that is closest to your room. You will be vetted with your room reservation at the security kiosk when driving in, and your Magic Band (that also acts as your room key) will allow you to drive in and out of the resort with comped parking.
What should I do with my luggage during the day if I check out on Sunday?
On Sunday, we will have a complimentary luggage room in Coronado J for you to store your items during the day.
If you wish to check your bags, there is a Resort Airline Check-In Service for participating airlines (Alaska, American, Delta, jetBlue, Southwest and United) from 5am-12pm. With this service, you can check your bags at the resort and reunite with them at the baggage claim at home. Please note that standard luggage fees apply and you must check your bag at least three hours prior to your flight departure.
If you are taking the Magical Express back to the Orlando International Airport, you will receive a Transportation Notice in your room the day prior to check-out.
While in Orlando
What should I bring to Travel Quest World?
We will have a tote bag, badge, event magazine (with maps, session info, etc.) and more ready for you when you arrive at Travel Quest World.
Please be sure to pack appropriate clothing for each event (see suggestions below), anything you need to stay focused during long learning days (reusable water bottle, extra pens and paper, glasses to see faraway screens), and your business cards. There will be lots of networking, so staying connected will be key!
If you haven’t already, be sure to download our mobile app to receive real-time updates, see your personalize schedule to know what’s coming up next, network with colleagues and sponsors, etc. Make sure you use the app password (world2019) and set your profile to Public to get the most out of the app.
What is the dress code during the conference?
The weather will be hot, but the Conference Center runs cool. We recommend resort business casual and layers for Travel Quest World. Comfortable shoes are also recommended, especially for Saturday’s Partner Showcase when you’ll be on your feet from 3:10-5:10pm.
For outdoor events, please wear flat shoes and clothing for the Florida heat. Saturday’s Award Dinner event does not require formal attire and will be inside, so an extra layer is recommended. Resort formal, or the equivalent of a casual summer wedding, is appropriate.
How much free time will there be during the three days?
We’re packing a $100K of value into one weekend, so there won’t be too much free time throughout the day. Click here to view the agenda.
What meals are included?
Friday we will have a working lunch during The Unstoppable You, which will be served around 1pm, so be sure to arrive at 10am with a full stomach. We will also have a Cocktails and Desserts event from 7-9pm. Click here to view the restaurants on site for breakfast and dinner options.
Saturday we will have breakfast with Delta, lunch with Disney Destinations, and an Awards Dinner from 6-8pm to close out the day.
Sunday we will have breakfast, and a Fireside Chat during lunch before Travel Quest World ends at 4pm that day.
What Travel Quest World events can my family join?
Family and friends are welcome to stay with you at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. As an attendee, you have access to discounted park passes with our room block to provide fun for them while you grow, accelerate and thrive at Travel Quest World. Please call the Disney Group Reservations Office at (407) 939-4686 for more information on park passes.
Please note that only registered attendees have access to the event.
